Self-Pay Options

We welcome individuals without insurance as well as those who prefer to pay for services out of pocket. Our transparent self-pay pricing makes it easy to understand the cost of care before your appointment. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a visit, please contact our office.

A price list for mental health services, including initial psychiatric evaluation for $250, follow-up appointment for $125, medication management and therapy for $225, school or disability forms for $50, and FMLA or disability paperwork for $100.
